Between Saturdays, the Challenge runs in the free BuddhaMind app. How it works
Let's get London meditating
So often, we live on the surface of life. Deep down, we know we were made for more than grinding through the week and recovering on the weekend, just to do it all again.
But we can only discover our real potential by having the courage to face our mind. This January, we're bringing people together from across London to meditate every day for 21 days, and find out what meditation can do for our mind – and our life.
New to meditation? Tried before and it didn't stick? This is for you.
21 days. A few minutes every morning. People across London doing it with you.

Yes, you're exactly who it's for. Every sit is guided by a teacher, so you'll know what to do from the first morning.
Just come back the next day. Showing up again is part of the practice.

Yes. Choose "Online only" when you pick your centre in BuddhaMind. The weekday sits are on Zoom and the app works anywhere. The Saturdays are there if you'd like to come along.
It's the easiest way to follow along, with the day's talk, the Zoom link and reminders in one place. If you'd rather not, we'll email you the Zoom link.
The Challenge is free for everyone. Donations go to the London Buddhist Centre and are shared between all five centres.
